ENGLISH ROSES PHOTO GALLERY

This is the year of particular importance
to Petrovic Roses since we are officially introducing the David
Austin English Roses to Serbia. Created by David Austin in the early
60’s, they created a revolution in the world of roses, especially
from the mid-80’s towards the end of the twentieth century.
Today, this company sells millions of plants throughout the world,
and their roses are much appreciated. English roses appeared when
certain old roses (many of them listed in this catalog) were crossed
with some modern varieties. This resulted in plants that had everything:
the look of old roses, a wonderful fragrance, intense colors, and
disease resistance. Their quality surpassed many modern roses and
they are now rightfully considered old roses’ successors.
Petrovic Roses represent the David Austin Roses Company in Serbia
and Montenegro, and is the only authorized seller and producer of
English Roses in this area. It is strictly forbidden to produce
and sell these roses without a license. This year Petrovic Roses
is introducing 7 English Rose varieties that will be available,
for the time being, only at the territories of Serbia and Montenegro.
